Your daily activities will include a mix of inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, and completing necessary paperwork. You will also be involved in quality control and leadership development, ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Make outbound calls to clients and potential clients to promote our services and benefits, setting appointments and performing presentations as needed Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure our service standards are consistently met Contribute to leadership development and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred, and you should be legally authorized to work in the US/Canada.
