Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and customer requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, pricing, and operations teams to design and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring a cohesive and effective product launch and lifecycle management. Product Metrics and Performance: Establish, track, and report key product metrics to stakeholders, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimizations. Technical Specifications and Product Development: Translate customer and market needs into technical specifications, overseeing the product development process from ideation through post-launch management. Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile frameworks to drive iterative progress on product features, ensuring timely and relevant product enhancements. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention rates for SD-WAN, SASE, and other VNS offerings. Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Define and ensure adherence to performance SLAs, maintaining high product performance standards. Partnerships and Team Leadership: Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience. Significant Relevant Experience: Six or more years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on Virtual Network Services (VNS), Software Defined Networking (SDN), or telecommunications products. Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Experience with product development and/or management lifecycle, including project management and product roadmaps. Technical and Commercial Acumen: A strong technical understanding of the network business, complemented by commercial acumen. Data-Driven Decision Making: A deep orientation towards data and analytics, using evidence-based insights to guide product decisions. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree: A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Company Offerings: Understanding of Workwarp's domestic and global product offerings.
