About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented customer service professional who can provide top-notch support to our customers and service providers. As the first point of contact in our call center, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
