Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, taking ownership of the problem and working to find a solution that meets the customer's needs. Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations, ensuring that all changes are made efficiently and accurately. Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, keeping customers informed and up-to-date on the status of their flight. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns, working together as a team to deliver exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
