Job Summary and Objective In this exciting role, you will interact with business customers via phone and email to provide assistance with their wireless products and services. As a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support paths, you will resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our business customers. Key Responsibilities Confer with businesses by telephone and email to provide information about products and services, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records of business interactions or transactions with assigned B2B Reps, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Process service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation, ensuring correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests. Conduct account analysis and reviews, and develop proposals to meet the evolving needs of our business customers. Follow up with businesses to document their experience with our service, gathering feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement. Contact businesses to align with arenaflex B2B representatives for optimal care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Daily use of Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets, with extensive and accurate typing required to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: High School diploma or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales, customer service, or account management, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
