About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless interactions with our platform. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues and answer questions. Assist customers with booking, canceling, and rescheduling services, as well as addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Provide guidance and support to service providers on work orders, policy questions, and software troubleshooting. Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot software malfunctions and resolve technical issues in a remote setting. Collaborate with a fully remote team, leveraging technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills: Attention to detail : You're thorough in your work and meticulous when tracking progress on tasks and projects. Self-management : You're comfortable working with minimal supervision and can prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
