Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support to our guests, ensuring that their experiences with us are nothing short of exceptional. You will be the primary point of contact for all guest communications, resolving inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner, and coordinating with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance as needed. Your goal will be to provide seamless and personalized support, exceeding our guests' expectations and fostering loyalty to our brand. Key Responsibilities Handle all daily guest communications (text, email, platform) in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Resolve guest inquiries and issues in accordance with company standard operating procedures, using your judgment and expertise to provide personalized solutions and ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to our vacation rental properties, ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Manage the turn process for every unit, ensuring that every cleaning team is properly assigned and that all properties are prepared for guest arrival. Help develop processes and systems to improve the overall guest experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance our services and support. Provide timely reviews of guests on AirBnB and Vrbo platforms, ensuring that our properties are accurately represented and that our guests receive the recognition they deserve. Contribute to the development of our company blog, writing engaging and informative articles about vacation rentals and our properties, to increase exposure and visibility to potential guests. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: A minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses, preferably in the vacation rental industry. Experience with the vacation rental industry, including knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and standard operating procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail. Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Field Scheduling, and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality, with minimal to zero background noise, to ensure seamless communication with guests and team members. Excellent English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and vendors from diverse backgrounds. A strong work ethic and track record of delivering results, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support and ensuring guest satisfaction. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with blog writing and content creation, with a portfolio of published articles or blog posts. Knowledge of SEO principles and practices, with the ability to optimize blog posts and articles for search engines. Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, with the ability to create and schedule posts. Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Trello, or Basecamp, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
