Keep passengers informed about any changes to their travel plans and assist them in making alternative arrangements when necessary. Sales and Promotions Promote arenaflex products, services, and loyalty programs to customers. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products such as travel insurance, preferred seating, or premium amenities. Technical Support Troubleshoot technical issues related to the arenaflex website, mobile app, or online booking tools. Assist customers with navigation, account login, password resets, and other technical inquiries to ensure a seamless user experience. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken.
