About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns. As a member of the arenaflex team, you will be part of a crew that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every passenger has a seamless travel experience. Your responsibilities will include: Completing data access and balancing functions Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing Working on member cases and projects assigned Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws Processing loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products Logging, reporting, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching Completing daily balancing and department closing Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests Researching and confirming incoming and outgoing fund transfer information Communicating with vendors to process fund transfers Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws Depositing check returns, researching member bad checks on draft changes, processing member checks, confirming members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED Intermediate Excel and Word skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer/member service experience Previous banking or Credit Union experience Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience Skills, Licenses, and Certifications To excel in this role, you will need: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through work experience or training and hands-on use of the software Ability to work extended hours in support of business needs Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as an integral part of a team Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-volume pressure Ability to cross-train and perform any role assigned within the department Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to self-motivate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
