About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Remote) We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in Spain. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to incoming contacts via telephone and email, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Taking incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solving users' demands in a courteous and efficient manner Logging call details onto call management systems and providing response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients Understanding the customer profile and maintaining appropriate communication in relation to it Ensuring contractual SLAs are maintained and exceeded Acting as a Brand Ambassador for arenaflex and our clients' products, promoting a positive and professional image Your Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proficiency or bilingualism in French and Spanish, with advanced English language skills Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs Good disposition to work in a customer service environment, with strong teamwork skills Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution, or escalate calls to resolution as needed Initiative and availability to receive training and adapt to new situations Proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry Interest and passion for fashion, with knowledge of the latest fashion trends Experience in E-commerce client service, particularly in after-purchase support Knowledge of emotional intelligence, with the ability to identify and solve customer problems in an empathetic way Familiarity with Payment Method platforms and CRM software What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a range of benefits, including: Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract, with a competitive salary of 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 1,200 euros gross/year in bonus Opportunity to work from home anywhere in Spain, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life Full paid training on our company and the project you'll be working on, to ensure your success and growth Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes to help you achieve your career goals Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities, to reward you for your referrals and networking efforts Career Growth and Development Opportunities Our Company Culture and Values We're proudly united as one team, one company, globally.
