You will interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or the internet, providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess a combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and compassion that will bring value and success to every customer interaction.
