Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex A typical day as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is fast-paced and rewarding. You will handle a high volume of customer inquiries, personalize the experience for each caller, and provide solutions to unique situations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data to resolve customer issues Problem-solving and de-escalating complex situations to ensure customer satisfaction Working collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives Reporting to an assigned Supervisor and working a set schedule with a structured day Compensation and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package to our Customer Service Representatives, including: A starting rate of $15.00 per hour Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years A Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members In addition to our competitive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for advancement across the entire arenaflex network, a virtual work environment, and a dynamic company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. System Requirements To work as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet our system requirements, which include: A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) Note that Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported A full specification list will be provided after your interview, and we will ensure that you have everything you need to succeed in your role. Training Schedule Your arenaflex career will begin with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up, and orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET. Our training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ, and we will ensure that you are fully prepared to succeed in your role.
