The Opportunity We are seeking experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and de-escalating unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $15.00 per hour, automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, and a Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members. System Requirements To work as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following system requirements: Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications High-speed internet connection (Satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported Training Schedule Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
