Job Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at arenaflex is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a CSR, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with a wide range of customers, from the general public to high-level managers of organizations, both face-to-face and over the phone. Your primary goal will be to provide solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring a unique and positive experience for every interaction. Key Responsibilities Receive and process payments accurately and efficiently. Update lot (vehicle) notes in the system to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Answer multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Engage in face-to-face customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support. Utilize company resources to gather information and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Contact clients to obtain necessary vehicle pick-up information, ensuring smooth operations. File documents according to established criteria, maintaining organized and accessible records. Process incoming and outgoing mail per criteria, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Read and interpret various reports and documents, using the information to improve customer service and operational efficiency. Ensure the proper completion of sale documents, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support team goals. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: At least one year of office support experience in a customer service role, although this is preferred, and we are open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate potential and a strong passion for customer service. A High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and patient attitude, even in challenging situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively. Proficiency with office equipment and technology, including MS Suite. Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions. A typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM), with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the values and image of arenaflex.
