**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Van Conversion Support**

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to create a fun-loving, can-do, and talented team dedicated to helping our customers' outdoor adventures come alive. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing product and order information, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service standards. You will work closely with our backend teams, including purchasing, warehouse, and marketing personnel, to coordinate ordering, shipping, and returns.
