**Experienced Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Urology and Ostomy Medical Supplies**

You'll utilize your in-depth knowledge of our products and programs to resolve customer inquiries, process returns, and work closely with our Medical Billing department to resolve disputed Billing charges.
