Job Overview In this remote and flexible role, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, taking calls and making a real impact on our customers' travel experiences. With flexible scheduling, you'll use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don't, allowing you to balance your work and personal life with ease. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days per week, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support with their travel-related queries Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized solutions Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in your interactions Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm their travel itinerary, and process refunds as needed Place outbound calls to travel partners, such as hotels and rental car agencies, to resolve issues and provide support Document information and outcomes as necessary to ensure seamless communication and follow-up About You To succeed in this role, you'll need prior customer service experience, strong geographical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly desirable.
