Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional certifications in customer service or related fields being a plus. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with remote communication tools, with the ability to navigate comprehensive information systems efficiently. Ability to type at least 40 words per minute, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory, with training provided to all new hires. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of customer service. Additional certifications in customer service or related fields, such as customer service representative (CSR) or certified customer service professional (CCSP).
