About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with external customers and internal personnel to respond to customer inquiries, provide product education, and ensure a world-class customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: Resolving routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, chats, and emails Communicating with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution Providing additional customer education and information as needed Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate or bachelor's degree highly desired Previous experience in a customer service role; experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred Prior experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; experience with Laboratory Information Systems is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent ability to listen and respond Courteous with strong customer service orientation and excellent multitasking abilities Strong flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable Technical Requirements To work effectively in this remote role, you will need: Internet speed of at least 50 megabytes per second No satellite internet Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Generous Paid Time Off Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plans No Charge Lab Testing Fitness Reimbursement Program And many more incentives! Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this role is $18.00-$22.00/hr, with benefits based on skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.
