Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing questions and concerns about their pharmacy benefit plans. Provide clear explanations of prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order solutions. Offer solutions and alternatives to resolve member inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records and update member information as needed. Demonstrate empathy and patience when interacting with members, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance requirements. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. Proficiency in Windows-based applications. High School Diploma or equivalent.
