**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with blithequark**

Our company culture values compassion, active listening, and open-ended inquiries, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Making 130-150 outbound calls daily to warm and new potential leads, using a call script to schedule patient appointments for multiple types of leads * Collecting, recording, and accurately maintaining pertinent consumer information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system * Answering return inbound calls as needed after initial outbound contact, maintaining quality service by following organizational standard operating procedures * Maintaining and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly appointment (conversion) quotas * Taking inbound call overflow as needed to maintain overall Contact Center client service levels * Collaborating with Patient-Facing Clinical staff and hearing care professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Demonstrating professional phone etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with patients, clients, and co-workers * Contributing to the development and growth of the Contact Center by sharing ideas, assisting in related projects, and helping resolve problems and/or improve productivity **Key Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you will need: * 6 months of call center experience or an equivalent role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable making an average of up to 150 sales calls per day to cold and warm leads * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively while multitasking * Ability to manage objections and rejections, with a strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Intermediate MS Word and Excel working knowledge, with proficiency in order entry speed * High school diploma or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial: * Target-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed appointment quotas * Familiarity with customer management software and CRM systems * Basic industry knowledge and vernacular, including measures such as building a product knowledge base around various hearing improvement solutions offered by blithequark * Experience working in a remote or home-based environment **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for individual and team-based bonuses * A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with a company match, FREE hearing aids to all employees and discounts for qualified family members, Legal Shield and Identity Theft Protection, PTO and Holiday Time, and 1 Floating Holiday per year * A flexible work schedule, with part-time and full-time options available * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement * A supportive and collaborative work environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open communication **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated and quiet workspace.
