What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Research and problem-solve to determine the root cause of customer issues, and implement appropriate solutions that meet their needs while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically and creatively to provide personalized support and solutions that exceed their expectations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and up-to-date. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible support to our customers. What You'll Need: Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner. Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment. Familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems and call center platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform customer service strategies.
