Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations that meet their unique needs and exceed their expectations Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, utilizing your analytical skills and knowledge of our products and services Operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and teammates, fostering a positive and supportive work environment Engage with teammates and contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration, sharing knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve our customer service experience Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results Essential Qualifications 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) as demonstrated in a written assessment, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and perform well in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work Proficiency in using computers for data entry, navigation, and internet search, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information, with a strong understanding of data protection and privacy principles High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing Must pass a background check, with a clean record and no prior convictions Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and webcam, with a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the pet industry or a related field, with a passion for animal welfare and a deep understanding of pet care and nutrition Knowledge of pet products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers Certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Proficiency in a second language, with the ability to
