Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits to guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures. Schedule Appointments: Coordinate appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, managing calendars, and ensuring clear communication of meeting details. Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and travel insurance. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Travel Advisory: Offer personalized travel recommendations, including destination suggestions, travel tips, and advice on travel documentation. Problem Solving: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to clients' travel plans. Requirements Essential Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry. A background in data entry, administration, or a related field is also desirable. Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
