Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely customer service via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Handle complex escalated inquiries from customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Report bugs and other issues on our platforms to our development team, collaborating to resolve technical issues and improve overall product quality. Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, working closely with teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Provide feedback to management on customer experience and customer likes/dislikes about our products, helping to inform product development and improvement initiatives. Exercise patience, empathy, and understanding on every call and every email, providing a positive and supportive experience for our customers. Efficiently solve a ticket backlog with quality information and service, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with our products, services, and industry developments, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible support to our customers. Perform all other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach to work. The ability to work proactively, both individually and in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives. Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English, with a strong command of language and grammar. A typing speed of 50+ words per minute, with accurate and efficient data entry skills.
