You will be the face of our company, providing timely and precise communication, resolving issues, and facilitating order transactions. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact with customers through phone, email, or online chat to provide an outstanding experience via timely and precise communication. * Collect and enter orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Field customer questions and concerns, resolving issues and developing effective solutions. * Manage the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and ensuring timely delivery. * Maintain customer records in CRM and other business systems, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate tracking. * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals. * Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt. **Competencies** * Excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail. * Service-oriented, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and adapt to changing technology. * Learns from and adapts to customer service trends based on customer communication and feedback. * Remains calm and professional in all situations, demonstrating emotional intelligence and resilience. * Ability to navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders. **Supervisory Responsibility** This position has no supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. This role requires a quiet and dedicated workspace, with reliable internet and phone connectivity. You will be expected to work a standard 40-hour week, with some flexibility to accommodate customer needs and business requirements. **Physical Demands** This is a largely sedentary role, requiring minimal physical activity.
