**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Aerospace Fastening Systems**

Our high-tech, multi-material fastening systems are found nose to tail on aircraft and aerospace engines, and our products play a critical role in enabling fuel efficiency and lightweighting for our customers. **Primary Purpose** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, facilitating sales and resolving account or service problems in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing customers with information about products and services, including pricing and delivery * Soliciting and maintaining favorable contacts with current and potential key accounts * Developing relationships with internal and external customers to benefit the overall business plan * Building good relationships with internal and external customers to maintain and increase market share * Handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction * Training other Customer Service Representatives on daily activities, including RFQs and proper formatting * Processing strategic quotes for RFQs and working directly with Product Managers, Buyers, Account Managers, etc. * Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including Shipping, Planning, Engineering, and Quality * Processing and preparing large spreadsheets/LTA's for the Customer Support team * Preparing quotes for customers, including pricing and delivery * Accepting orders from customers, booking orders to the applicable location, and coordinating adding the item master for part numbers as required * Handling initial rejected parts or paperwork from customers, coordinating with the Quality Department, and issuing an RMA when necessary * Working with Howmet Credit on past dues invoices or short pays, performing necessary research to resolve the problem, and initiating credit/debit memos as required * Obtaining knowledge of blithequark products, including conversions, substitutions, and knowledge of competitor's products * Visiting assigned customers with coordination of Account Manager and Team Leader * Understanding customer's terms and conditions and long-term agreements, and possessing an understanding of contract language * Training co-workers and mentoring less-senior employees * Working with minimum supervision and handling a fast-paced work environment and stressful situations * Maintaining organized sales files and performing proper Contract Review and following all Sales Procedures as required **Essential Qualifications** * 3 years of experience in customer service/sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * 50+ Words per Minute * Familiarity with blithequark systems (COP, CPQ, GCS) preferred * Ability to read, write, and understand English * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Familiarity with distributor accounts and specifics regarding distributor agreements and procedures * Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle a fast-paced work environment and stressful situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with aerospace fastening systems or similar industry * Knowledge of export-controlled items and ability to obtain access to such items * Familiarity with ITAR regulations * Experience working with large spreadsheets/LTA's * Ability to travel to assigned customers with coordination of Account Manager and Team Leader **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and growing company.
