Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver a positive customer experience to all customers, providing expert guidance and support * Provide pricing information, recommend FedEx Office products and services, and take customer orders * Manage production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time * Take lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders * Set up complex orders and perform multiple tasks at the same time * Ensure quality during and after the production process * Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders * May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift * Assist in the training of store team members * Collate, sort, and organize customer orders * Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handle financial transactions, and make change * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting * Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions * Follow blithequark standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures * Provide customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates * Ensure quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services and offering information about company products and services * Offer assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods and maintaining inventory of shipping supplies * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 2+ years of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the blithequark business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of blithequark products and services * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
