This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: * Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues * Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers – we're not looking for order-takers or script-readers, but rather those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards * Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and reliable **What You'll Need:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment * Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license * A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional results **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to think critically and problem-solve * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a remote environment * Familiarity with pharmacy operations and regulations * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
