We're proud to be a part of a global organization that's dedicated to making a difference. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in representing our company and providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll be working in our Cigna Coverage Review Department call center, where you'll be responsible for handling prior authorizations. This involves working with doctors' offices and pharmacies to determine if prescribed procedures, services, or medications are covered by our customers' health plans. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving inbound calls from doctors' offices or pharmacies to request coverage for prescribed procedures, services, or medications * Conducting initial screenings of requests based on guidance provided by online prior authorization tools * Approving requests that meet approval specifications, or referring them to a pharmacist for clinical review if they don't meet the requirements * Managing an average of 10-30 calls per day, with the potential for increased volume during busy seasons * Utilizing 5 systems daily to complete your work, which you'll be trained on * Attending 100% of trainings and the first 90 days of employment * Enjoying a work-from-home lifestyle where you can virtually connect with coworkers and customers **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent * 1-5 years of call center and customer service experience * A dedicated workspace with no distractions * Competent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of Windows operating system * Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to remain calm and helpful even in difficult situations * Excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills * Flexibility to work any schedule given between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm Eastern, Monday through Friday * Ability to support extended hours and overtime as determined by business needs to meet customer expectations **Training and Onboarding** As a new hire, you'll undergo a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training schedule is as follows: * 4 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm * On-the-job training will follow the same schedule and typically lasts 2 weeks **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
