You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and advocate on behalf of our members. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and support to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Explain information about our services, including contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility, claims, and BCBSAZ programs * Meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to achieve individual and department performance goals * Document and record facts regarding inquiries and correspondence by updating arenaflex files and system * Demonstrate and maintain current working knowledge of required arenaflex systems, procedures, forms, and manuals * Perform all other duties as assigned **Requirements** * High School diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of external customer service experience * Intermediate skill in use of office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanner, and telephones * Detailed oriented, maintain confidentiality and privacy, and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software programs **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish * Experience working in the health insurance industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities **Benefits and Perks** * Starting hourly rate of $18.00 with opportunities to earn more through performance and quality-based incentives and bonuses * Additional $1 per hour bilingual premium for phone specialists who speak Spanish proficiently * 9+ weeks of instructor-led paid, virtual training * Up to 16 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 8 hours paid volunteer hours to serve our community * Up to a 12% annual bonus based on corporate goals and individual performance * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) up to 5% dollar per dollar match * Tuition reimbursement * Employee discounts, gym reimbursement, wellness programs, incentive bonuses, and more! **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
