Job Summary: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences As a Customer Service Representative at Chewy, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with pet parents and providing solutions to their questions and concerns. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional experiences every time. Key Responsibilities: Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role: Engage with Customers : You'll interact with pet parents who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Research and Problem-Solve : You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up as needed to resolve issues. Go Above and Beyond : We're looking for team members who can go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with Colleagues : You'll work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, ensuring that we're always delivering exceptional experiences. Requirements: The Skills and Qualifications You Bring To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience : You'll need experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences. Excellent Communication Skills : You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving : You'll need the ability to think critically and problem-solve, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customers' needs. Flexibility and Adaptability : You'll need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift schedules and work overtime as needed. KY Rx Tech License : You'll need to be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license. Preferred Qualifications: The Skills and Experience That Set You Apart While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Pet Industry Experience : Experience working in the pet industry or a related field is a plus. Technical Skills : Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools is preferred.
