Our mission is to make sustainable energy accessible to everyone, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** As an Impact Client Support Delegate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Inward Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. You will be the primary point of contact between our clients and the Body Shop, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities** * Work planning support: Collaborate with the Inward Body Shop to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. * Client communication and coordination: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. * Vehicle appearance arrangement: Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle appearances, including twist and CCC organization appearances. * Rental coordination and hand-off: Coordinate with clients to arrange for vehicle rentals and ensure smooth hand-offs. * Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure the Body Shop has everything required to complete tasks efficiently. * Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement and ensure that vehicles are conveyed to clients in a timely and satisfactory manner. **What You'll Bring** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as collision repair or a related field. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently. * Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and the general public. * Microsoft Office experience is a plus. * Ability to train others and work in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working in a crash shop climate and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Why Join blithequark?** * **Career Growth Opportunities**: blithequark offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
