Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective support. Process customer donations and ensure accurate data entry and updating of caller profiles. Receive calls from individuals impacted by wildfires, empathize with their situations, and assist them in submitting aid applications. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customers' questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly. Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will need: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Top-notch communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and the ability to adapt your communication style to diverse customer needs. Tech-savviness, with comfort using digital tools and platforms, including CRM software and other customer service technologies.
