Your Responsibilities As a Customer Assistance Associate at blithequark, your responsibilities will include: Directly engaging with blithequark's pharmacy customers, interacting with them via a variety of communication channels, and providing assistance on various topics. This position will primarily involve handling inbound calls and other forms of messaging Dedicating time and resources to researching and identifying potential solutions for customer problems. Following up diligently to ensure that client needs are met satisfactorily Leaving our customers awestruck with exceptional service. We're not just looking for order-takers, but rather those who can build customer relationships, offer innovative solutions, and comply with stringent safety and regulatory requirements What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you'll need: A record of serving customers for a period of one to two years Excellent communication skills The aptitude to manage multiple tasks and analyze them thoroughly Possessing the flexibility to shift schedules and put in additional hours as the situation requires A mindset of striving for excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, we're looking for candidates who: Have a strong passion for customer service and a desire to build lasting relationships with customers Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Have excellent problem-solving skills and are able to think critically and creatively Are able to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, colleagues, and management Preferred Qualifications While not essential, we're looking for candidates who: Have experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting Have knowledge of pet care and nutrition, as well as experience working with pets Are bilingual or multilingual, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Have experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
