Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Oracle EBS Financial Developer with our global technology client in O Fallon, MO. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension. Pay: $75.00 - $85.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Description: • Pure Oracle EBS Financials Developer role (no functional ownership) • Strong hands-on development in Oracle Financials AR & GL modules • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle libraries, and SQL*Loader • Proven work on customer invoice integrations into Oracle Financials • Ability to handle resource design, data mapping, validation programs, and load processes • Experience creating exception handling mechanisms (custom forms & notifications) • Development exposure to financial journals processing • Workflow customization and forms customization experience required • File-based (traditional) integrations expertise At Client, our industry expertise is enhanced by our commitment to being a force for good in the world and to doing well by doing good. Role: • Hands-on developer who writes high quality, secure code that is modular, functional and testable. • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery for engineering efforts spanning 1-2 teams. • Contribute to all parts of the software's development including design, development, documentation, and testing. • Have strong ownership of your team's software and are deep in the maintenance characteristics, runtime properties and dependencies including hardware, operating system, and build. • Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a global environment. • Ensure methodology compliance and manage resolutions, reporting to management when necessary. • Ensure timely and accurate communication at all levels. • Monitor and manage adherence to estimates. • Have you ever brought a product to market on a global scale? • Are you motivated to be a part of driving a world beyond cash? About You: • Degree in Computer Science or related field • Experience enhancing and supporting Oracle Financials modules including Order management, Inventory management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Cash Management, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Project • Costing, and Project Management. • Oracle • Oracle Forms • Oracle Reports • SCM and Financial Modules • PL/SQL • Unix shell scripting • Workflow builder, Hyperion budgeting and forecasting • JDeveloper • Delivering secure solutions in Financial services sector • Noetix • Alteryx • XML/BI publisher • Version Control (PVCS/BitBucket) • Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required. • Demonstrate MC Core Competencies. • Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive and have the ability to function under pressure in • an independent environment. • Must provide the necessary skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive • results. Possesses strong communication skills • - both verbal and written – and strong relationship, • collaborative skills and organizational skills. • Previous experience or knowledge of the Hyperion budgeting and forecasting application is a plus. • Experience with XP, TDD and BDD in the software development processes • Advantage if you have payments expertise and experience/proficiency with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, NoSQL databases), micro-service design, CI/CD, near real-time, scalable fault tolerant platform design, API design, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model.
