Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our store partners and customers. This is a remote, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from store partners and customers, providing timely and effective support and guidance Create tickets for issues and follow up on resolutions, ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently and professionally Conduct basic troubleshooting and investigation to resolve customer complaints and concerns Follow written instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions Process and handle forms and documents sent by suppliers, maintaining accurate and detailed records Demonstrate exceptional note-taking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should be a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
