Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from store partners and customers, providing timely and effective support and guidance Create tickets for issues and follow up on resolutions, ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently and professionally Conduct basic troubleshooting and investigation to resolve customer complaints and concerns Follow written instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions Process and handle forms and documents sent by suppliers, maintaining accurate and detailed records Demonstrate exceptional note-taking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should be a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
