As a remote customer service representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling incoming calls from store partners who require guidance or support. Your primary responsibilities will include accepting calls, creating tickets for assistance and follow-up purposes, conducting basic troubleshooting, and following written instructions. Key Responsibilities Accepting incoming calls from store partners and responding to their queries and concerns Creating tickets with details from calls and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Conducting basic troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently Following written instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery Handling forms and documents sent by service providers and ensuring accurate processing Demonstrating exceptional note-taking and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless follow-up What We Look for in a Candidate To succeed in this role, you should be a driven, dedicated, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
