Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide timely and precise communication, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Collect and enter orders for our products, managing the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners and confirming accuracy. Field customer questions and concerns, taking appropriate actions to develop resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records in our CRM and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals to drive business growth and collaboration. Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven customer support experience with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations, preferably in a B2B setting. Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented approach, with excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries. A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting, with a strong understanding of customer service trends and best practices. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems, with familiarity with Zendesk and Asana. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
