**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Food Service Support**

As we continue to grow and expand our services, we're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and contribute to the success of our Food Service Client. **About the Role** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, sales team, and field partners. Your primary responsibility will be to handle service and delivery inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain Gold Standard business relationships with our valued clients. You'll be the face of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities** • Offer Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (via phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management. • Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve customer issues efficiently. • Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. • Document issues, identify, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquiries, including those related to, but not limited to, order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications. • Actively re-direct incoming callers to self-service options, promoting a seamless customer experience. • Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Process orders and other related voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet client needs. **Requirements** • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. • Previous call center experience is preferred but not required. • Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required. • A self-starter with excellent customer service skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures. • Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently, with minimal supervision. • Ability to pay close attention to detail and use time effectively, meeting deadlines and productivity targets. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with good vocabulary, proper grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications. • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. **Requirements for Working From Home** • A private and secure space to do work uninterrupted by others in the home. • Must connect to the internet with a CAT 7 Ethernet cord or higher.
