This role is focused on delivering top-notch service via phone, chat, and email, helping members navigate their healthcare benefits and find the right providers for their needs. As a Concierge Associate, you will become an expert in arenaflex's innovative products, operations, and the unique needs of our members. Responsibilities Deliver amazing service to our members through multiple channels (phone, chat, email), offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefits and find the right healthcare providers. Follow best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements to our processes as needed to ensure continuous quality enhancement. Maintain a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including but not limited to Zendesk and G Suite, to efficiently manage member interactions and data. Relay member feedback to our product and operations teams to contribute to the improvement of arenaflex's solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our members. Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills and empathy. Maintain detailed, up-to-date knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, applying this expertise to provide informed support to our members.
