Job Overview As an Associate Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with our brand. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, performing diagnosis of products and taking the appropriate action to resolve customer issues. Perform advanced troubleshooting and advise specification guidelines with plumbers, designers, and retail, wholesale, and showroom personnel. Walk customers and trade professionals through step-by-step installation and/or repair of arenaflex products. Demonstrate technical proficiency by navigating and managing multiple computer windows and software systems, including customer relationship management, order management, and the arenaflex website. Effectively utilize Customer Care Center (3C) technology, including Salesforce CRM, arenaflex.com, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Email, SharePoint, Verint Schedules, and Workbrain, as well as other tools and resources available. Gain knowledge of all arenaflex products and associated warranties, reading and understanding technical publications, diagrams, and specification documents. Develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tracking orders, providing availability, and other shipping information, as well as upselling arenaflex products and accessories as appropriate. Assist in implementing procedures to maximize uptime and phone coverage, tracking trends in product variations, and reporting to engineering and quality as necessary. Participate in department initiatives and various Customer Service Support functions, including order block reports, credit card reports, and shipping resolution. Meet or exceed balanced scorecard metrics and maintain an acceptable attendance record. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, with a 2-4 year degree preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience, with previous computer experience necessary to be successful in this position. Experience in a call center environment is preferred, with completion of the internal Brand Ambassador Program required. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience working with plumbing products and solutions. Technical knowledge of customer relationship management software and other relevant technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Work from Home Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements: Have a separate, confidential, and distraction-free workspace with no background noises. Have a hard-wired internet service via cable, fiber, or DSL with a minimum 10mbps service. Be available to work during assigned shift times, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Be focused on delivering a world-class service experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
