Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join its remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multi-channel customer service, handling a variety of inquiries, and resolving customer queries in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer service inquiries and transactions independently and proficiently through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, or self-service channels. Demonstrate active listening skills, confirm understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests, and provide standard information and education regarding service options, charges, billing, and contracts. Provide one-call resolution by making every reasonable attempt to resolve the customer's issue and exhausting all other solutions before escalating the customer's query. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services, establish customer accounts, and negotiate and document service type, pricing, billing, and other required information. Support other service lines when required, attempt to retain customers who call to cancel services, and meet or exceed service and operational standards established for the call center. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited) and one year of previous customer service experience. Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms. Computer skills, including MS Office, typing skills, and professional phone etiquette. The ability to multitask, react well under pressure, and treat others with respect. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bilingualism in Spanish, which would be a significant asset in providing customer service to a diverse range of customers. Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Experience with sales and retention, with the ability to skillfully highlight the features and benefits of arenaflex products and services. Remote Work Requirements This is a remote work position, and you will need to: Live within 50 miles of an arenaflex Center Site near the states of AZ, CO, TN, TX, MS, AL, MI, PA, WI, IL, or MA. Have a private workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload) and the ability to physically connect your computer to the modem or router. Be available to work a day shift, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.
