Perform warm handoffs of consumers to our partner contractors, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of customer satisfaction. External mouse, as trackpads are not recommended for this position. A computer with a minimum CPU of i5+, 8 GB+ of RAM, and storage of at least 128 GB (HDD) or preferably an SSD (128 GB) for efficient performance. A screen resolution of 1366 x 768 (HD) or better, with a minimum of 2 USB ports (3+ recommended) for connecting necessary peripherals. An operating system of Windows 10+ (no Chromebooks or Macs), with an Ethernet port for hardwired internet connection. Internet specifications of 50mbps down / 5mbps up to ensure stable and fast connectivity. Shifts and Scheduling We offer both part-time and full-time shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences: Part-time: 28 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 4 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 12 pm to 8 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
