Requirements: Joining Our Team To succeed as a Remote Call Center Agent at Pro Talk Desk INC, you'll need: To be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. A computer/laptop and headset or headphones with microphone attachment, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
