Flight Information: Keep passengers informed about real-time flight status updates, including delays, cancellations, gate changes, and boarding information, and assist them in making alternative arrangements when necessary. Sales and Promotions: Promote blithequark products, services, and loyalty programs to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
