As a CSR, you will be the face of blithequark, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and scheduling appointments • Provide accurate information regarding plumbing services, pricing, and technician availability • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job flow • Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our system • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary • Uphold blithequark's reputation for outstanding service with every interaction **Requirements** • Previous customer service experience (plumbing or service industry preferred but not required) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and standard office technology • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be available to work the required Tuesday–Saturday 11am–8pm schedule • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus **Essential Qualifications** While previous experience in the plumbing or service industry is a plus, we're open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
