Position Summary The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is a unique opportunity to interact directly with patients, influencing generic utilization, therapy changes, answering questions, solving problems, providing education, and maintaining our reputation for high-quality service. This position requires independent and self-directed performance while working collaboratively as part of a greater team. The primary focus is on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. Key Responsibilities Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients to achieve overall savings. Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant to their therapies. Effectively handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information. Utilize knowledge of insurance, health care, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing new referrals, and providing customer education. Routinely assess and identify problems, escalating issues to a pharmacist as necessary. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. Must reside in the state of Nevada . Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in health care, pharmacy, or a related field. Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, clients, and team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues and identify solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team , with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or similar applications , with the ability to learn new systems and technologies. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a pay range of $17.00 - $28.45 per hour.
