Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, handling inbound calls from patients and ensuring timely delivery of their medications. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, resolving patient issues on the first call whenever possible Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of medications to patients Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to established metrics and guidelines Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment 6+ months of high-volume call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL Preferred qualifications include: Six months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows and Microsoft Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document patient interactions and maintain confidentiality Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Schedule and Work Environment: As a Customer Service Representative – Overnight Shift, you will work from home in Illinois, handling inbound calls from patients during overnight shifts. Your schedule will include: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you, 5 days a week, within this time frame) You will need to have a dedicated workspace in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection, to perform your job duties effectively. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is between $17.02 and $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and location.
