As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support, guidance, and resolution to their inquiries or issues. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales team, dispatch, and credit department to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.
